Vijay Eswaran is both a businessman and an author, and one thing he loves doing is sharing his knowledge with new entrepreneurs. One of his thoughts shared with Tomas Laurinaricius is that everything he does is because life is short and everyone is always “just two minutes from the abyss.”
He believes everyone is on a journey to somewhere in life, and it’s by giving of yourself that you will find the most happiness and true success. And risk-taking is part of your personal growth and is a key step in the entrepreneurial ladder. Learn more about Vijay Eswaran: https://www.facebook.com/DatoSriVijayEswaran/

QI Group is also a partner with Malaysia’s government in the ownership of QI University, a college currently located in Perak but that’s in the process of creating a completely green energy power location in Kuala Lumpur. There’s also several logistics and alternative food market subsidiaries that QI Group owns.
Vijay Eswaran was born in Malaysia though his ancestry also is Indian in origin. He got his bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics and spent a little time working odd jobs in Europe to pay his way through graduate school.
After several years, he learned about multilevel marketing and how it could be used to help others start businesses. Some time after completing grad school at Southern Illinois University, he returned to Asia to become part of a direct selling venture.
Vijay Eswaran and his friend Joseph Bismarck officially founded QI Group in 1998, though it took several years of hard work to make it as big as it is today.
They also founded the RYTHM Foundation, short for raise yourself to help mankind and it lives out this principle by helping the world’s neediest communities.
Eswaran is also a frequent lead speaker at the World Economic Forum and is also the author of “In The Sphere Of Silence.”
